(friendly jab) Sumguy: I would strongly recommend going through BOTH my 6 P's post in the auto-faq section as well as my Dyno Dissertation post. These two articles combined will ensure that your car performs as it should. You definately have some issues with the installation, and likely have the fuel pressure regulator incorrectly connected - this will cause the engine to run quite lean like you are seeing, but it isn't the only culprit that can cause the problem you are having.
